Hello this is Quintins story. Quintin was a c section baby because of being transverse. There was no real problems in the beginning but his head did seem a bit funny shaped. The Dr's said it was from the way he layer in the womb. But by 2 months and his head still looking odd I took him to another Dr who again told me to let it be and it would grow fine. At about 6 months I took him for ultrasound on his head and that checked out fine. So I let it go just a bit more until recently one of his specialist in sited I see a neurosurgeon so I did n saw a plastic surgeon who both confirmed he has sagittal craniosysnostosis. He is now one and I'm worried out of my mind about his upcoming surgery and him being older then 6-8 months. Is there anyone else who faced it with an older child? Please any advice would help thank you.
